Method 1: From inside the app (fastest)

• Open the app and go to My Account (the "More" icon in the navigation bar).
• Tap the Delete Account button.
• Confirm. Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Via email

If you cannot use the app, send an email from the address linked to your account to:

[email protected]

Put "Delete Account" in the subject line and state the email address registered to the account to be deleted.

What is deleted

• Your email address
• Your hashed password
• All active login sessions
• The lucky-spin record stored locally on your device

What may remain

• Chat messages held in server memory are lost automatically when the app is closed or restarted (they are not permanently stored in the database).
• Data processed via Google's speech recognition service is subject to Google's privacy policy.
